Examination phobia

Examination phobia is a form of performance anxiety that is characterized by fear, worry, tension and even feelings of physical illness in the face of taking an exam.

A little nervousness can actually help you perform best. However, this distress can become so excessive that it actually interferes with performance on an exam.

Physical symptoms - Sweating, shaking, rapid heartbeat, dry mouth, faintness, loose motion etc.

Exam phobia makes it very difficult to concentrate during an exam. Many people with test anxiety report blanking out on answers of the test even though they studied.

"The homeopathic practitioner treats the whole person, believing all symptoms are interrelated and seeks to select a medicine which most closely covers them all."
